wtf is self-care was a self-published newsletter that ran from 2018-2019, and was born from a major turning point in my life. Following a particularly brutal panic attack in January 2017, I realized I needed to learn how to truly show up for myself and prioritize my mental health.
I started this newsletter to document that process and share the resources that helped me navigate my feelings. From developing a consistent journaling practice and learning to meditate to the simple (yet difficult) art of unplugging, the series served as a raw, honest chronicle of my journey toward mental and emotional wellness.
